Slow & Basic Yoga — Part 1

The “Slow & Basic Yoga” series is a gentle and easy workout that progresses at a slow pace allowing time for you to move from one pose to another.

PART 1 of the series consists of basic yoga poses with the use of props for some poses and others have been modified to allow for those with limited flexibility.  This is a head-to-toe yoga stretch so it’s also a great yoga workout for beginners, seniors or anyone who lacks flexibility.

Next time:  Join me for Part 2 of “Slow & Basic Yoga” — I have another great yoga workout for you to try.
