Slow & Basic Yoga — Part 2

The “Slow & Basic Yoga” series is a gentle and easy workout that progresses at a slow pace allowing time for you to move from one pose to another.

PART 2 of the series consists of another yoga workout with basic yoga poses, some of which have been modified to allow for those with limited flexibility.   This head-to-toe stretch is a great yoga workout for beginners, seniors or anyone who lacks flexibility.
