RETURNS
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging—including any boxes, pouches, dust bags and other packaging materials—and with all NUSANTARA COLLECTION and designer tags still attached.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that are damaged or soiled or do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Product colors: We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer and mobile screen resolutions vary, we cannot guarantee your screen will accurately display the true color.
Final sale: All products not eligible to be returned will be noted in the Product details. Items purchased at a discounted sale or promotional price are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns.
Late returns: Any product returned outside of the 14-day return policy are at the discretion of NUSANTARA COLLECTION, and may not be accepted or only accepted for store credit.
Repeated returns: While we offer a flexible Return Policy to make your online shopping experience even easier, we do monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your NUSANTARA COLLECTION account.
Return process: Simply email care@nusantaracollection.com to initiate a return — including your order number and purchase date.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Your refund—for the value of the item only—will be credited to your PayPal account or converted as store credit. Shipping charges, insurance, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping costs for returning your item will be borne by you, and are non-refundable.
We recommend shipping your return item with DHL Express so the package can be tracked. Please consider insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
NUSANTARA COLLECTION does not offer a direct exchange because our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind or limited edition pieces. If you are interested in securing an alternative color or style, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item.
DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon receipt, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item arrives damaged: Email care@nusantaracollection.com within 48 hours of receiving your order — including your order number and purchase date, as well as a detailed description and photos of the damage.
If your item becomes faulty within 3 months of the purchase date: Email care@nusantaracollection.com for review — including your order number and purchase date, as well as a detailed description and photos of the fault.
Handcrafted products: The beauty of natural imperfections, inconsistencies and subtle pattern, color or size variations are what make each handcrafted piece charming and one-of-a-kind, and cannot be construed as defects, damaged or faulty.
